Zadok Mills founded ZMC in 2003 as a framing subcontractor, earned his Florida contractor’s license in 2007, and has spent more than two decades building some of the most distinctive custom homes and renovations in the Tampa Bay area. His superior knowledge of construction and his commitment to quality craftsmanship, right down to the last detail, are the standards every ZMC project is held to.
