Structural Renovation Retains Old World Charm
Updating a 1926 home to current building standards while retaining Old World Charm starts with the structure. ZMC Design + Build “flew in” massive steel beams and set them with a 60-ton crane. This Beach Park, South Tampa home is structurally sound, and ZMC Design + Build met the client’s remodel, upgrade, and square footage requirements.

FishHawk Ranch: Transformation of Confused Model Home to Stylish Craftsmen
Another Project, ZMC Design + Build, converted from a disruptive, outdated home into a confident, convenient, and beautiful residence. Originally, when you walked into this home, you couldn’t tell if it was a Craftsman home trying to be Victorian or vice versa. The center hall did not align with the feature window in the living room. Square footage was segmented into small rooms with no flow. Interior Victorian features did not match the Craftsmen-style exterior. Through consultation, architectural review, permitting, demolition, and rebuilding, the owner Zadok Mills, the ZMC Design + Build Team, and our trusted subs transformed this property into a world-class home.
